Teams will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Register early!!
Player and parent/guardian must be present at registration.

* NO OLDER BUT LIGHTER PLAYERS. Players can play up one level from their grade but cannot play down.
Age is determined by their current age on or before 12/31.
All tackle football fees include: game jersey to keep, practice uniforms, game uniforms, referee fees, insurance, assessment fees, and use/rental of football gear.
Required Documents - Bring these to Registration:
1. Player Photo (3)- If you use a digital photo for the contract picture it MUST be a clear image, head shot only. Please bring (3) 1x1 inch head shots to registration. Color photo only please.
2. Player Birth Cerificate (3 photocopies)- Please bring original birth certificate or passport for verification and provide (3) copies of original, certified birth certificate or passport.
3. Two (2) Proofs of Residency (3 photocopies of each proof)- 2 different proofs of residency, these may be copies but we will need to keep them. Acceptable forms include utility bills, rental agreements, mortgage statement, etc.
4. Report Cards (3 photocopies)-
5. Registration Fees- Cash, Money Order, Cashiers or bank checks and personal checks accepted. Make checks payable to Bonita Buccaneers or (BYFC)
League Provided Documents: Complete these items at registration or download and print.
Registration Record- One (1) copy
Player Contract- Original plus 2 copies needed.
Physical Form- Original plus 2 copies needed.
Gear/Equipment Order Form- One (1) Copy
Policies and Guidelines Form- One (1) copy
Photo Release Form- One (1) copy
Signed Parent Code of Conduct- One (1) copy
Promise to Fundraise (if applicable)- One (1) copy

Our mission is to organize and administer a youth oriented sports program, which strives to build self-esteem, teach fundamental athletic skills, foster teamwork and instill pride in the accomplishment of the children who participate. We will establish a positive, disciplined and competitive program parental and community involvement. It is the goal of the Bonita Association to afford all of our players and cheerleaders the best character molding opportunities available through the pre-screened volunteers selected and the area resources. It shall always remain the focus of Bonita Youth and Cheer to provide value-based, respectful attitudes toward all environments for each and every player.
